Hello Steemians! I have created a list of about 25 cryptocurrencies that I am holding and expecting to rise significantly in 2018. One of those currencies is in the privacy lane, Verge or XVG. In this video I explain that this currency can be mined with multiple algorithms and have found one that seems to be really profitable with the recent price increase.

My mining videos tend to do a little better than my other videos based solely on the fact of my GPU. I had a lot of trouble finding results with a GTX 1080 8GB, as many people have 1060s or 1070s or even the 1080TI. When I purchased my gaming rig the TI hadn't come out yet, which makes this rig a little unique in the mining realm. Anyways, I will post links to the mining pool, the wallet, and the miner below. It depends on what you want out of the GPU. If you are looking to use the computer for recreational gaming, too. Then, I would suggest the TI because of how powerful it is mining lots of algo's as a solo miner. If you were wanting to start building a rig, then I would suggest lower priced GPUs that can mine well and you can buy multiple cards for a third of the price of the 1080TI. The profit will depend on which coin is best at that particular time and then transferring that token to BTC/ETH/LTC or whatever you want. I mine to hold certain coins that I like and hope will go way up in the future.

Next Download your MINER This is what your will use to actually MINE Verge. I will be demonstrating how to use AMD in this tutorial, however Nividia should be similar. In this section stratum+tcp://hub.miningpoolhub.com:20523 -u username.workername -p workerpassword Change UserName.WorkerName to the name you created before on MiningPoolHub which was YourLoginName.WRAITH But instead of YourLoginName.WRAITH put whatever you picked there. Where it says WorkerPassword - Put in the password for your worker you created on MiningPoolHub which was PROTOCOL - But instead of PROTOCOL Put what ever password you came up with there instead. Save the File Now on Mining Pool Hub click on DASHBOARD this is where you can see your Hashrate, and how much you mine etc. Now go into the Miner Folder and Click on the file START.bat this will start the miner and begin your Journey.

When you have mined enough verge and you are happy go to WALLET and transfer it out to your Verge Wallet. From here you can send it to an Exchange, another Person, Etc. I hope this helps someone Thank You.
